The former president’s ambitions are fueled by frequent conversations with advisers who continue to believe in the electoral fraud thesis. According to the WP, the figures of Christina Bobb, face of the conservative network One America News, Mike Lindell, number 1 of the MyPillow company, and Senator Doug Mastriano, elected in Pennsylvania, stand out. Trump, people in his circle report, referred to the possibility of returning to the White House this year thanks to the appeals. Among the former president’s advisers, however, there are also those who defuse the case by referring to ‘impromptu utterances’. The words attributed to Michael Flynn, former national security adviser and a figure very close to Trump, contribute to complete a picture that is nevertheless eventful. Over the weekend in Dallas he participated in an event organized by sa QAnon and when asked about the possibility of witnessing a coup like the one in Myanmar in the United States, he replied: “There is no reason, I mean, it should happen here”. A not very fluid, unclear sentence, which necessitated a subsequent official clarification: no support in any way for any hypothesis of a coup.
