Covid India, infections are falling: there are 127,510 in 24 hours

There are 127,510 new coronavirus infections registered in India in the last 24 hours, 28,175,044 since the outbreak of the pandemic. The Indian Ministry of Health announced this, confirming a trend of the contagion in decline in the last two weeks. The figure for the latest cases is the lowest in the last 54 days, after India was hit by a heavy second wave of Covid-19. With regard to deaths, 2,795 people lost their lives on the last day, for a total of 331,895. Data from the New Delhi ministry indicate that 25,947,629 people have been treated and discharged from Indian hospitals.
