If you are currently unable to send messages from Messenger, or Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp do not work properly, you are not alone.

Virtually all known services belonging to Facebook are experiencing a total outage. This is also confirmed by a well-known website Downdetector.com, where you can see a huge increase in the number of reports from users to whom the service does not work.

It is not yet clear what caused the global outage, which is also experienced by people in Slovakia.

However, Facebook experts are undoubtedly working to bring the operation of their services back to normal. Subsequently, it will be possible to expect an official opinion.

However, data from Downdetector.com signals that Snapchat, YouTube and the Speedtest.net service also have smaller outages, ie websites that, unlike Instagram and Messenger, do not belong to Facebook. So there may be something other than a Facebook error behind the outage. However, maybe only millions of users have gone elsewhere or tested their connection.
