Superlega, Uefa wins appeal: Juve, Barça and Real risk

The Madrid Court, which had imposed on UEFA to withdraw the penalties envisaged for Barcelona, Juventus and Real Madrid, accepted the appeal of the European Football Association, thus reactivating the possibility of fining the three teams promoting the Super League. The three clubs, reads the ordinance, “were aware of the possible consequences, which did not prevent the adoption of funding commitments, which cannot be assumed or presumed frustrated by any sanctions”. The process is therefore reopening that could lead to new sanctions against the three companies: a 100 million euro fine and exclusion from the cups for 1-2 years.
