The Tempio Pausania Public Prosecutor’s Office asked for the indictment of Ciro Grillo, the son of the M5S guarantor, and his three friends, Vittorio Lauria, Edoardo Capitta and Francesco Corsiglia, accused of group sexual violence against an Italian-Norwegian girl aged 19. The alleged rape would have taken place in July 2019 in Beppe Grillo’s villa on the Costa Smeralda. The preliminary hearing has been set for June 25th. Ciro Grillo was questioned by the carabinieri of Genoa as part of the investigation. As confirmed to Adnkronos in judicial circles, the chief prosecutor of Tempio Pausania, Gregorio Capasso, who coordinates the investigation, has delegated the carabinieri of Genoa to collect the young man’s statements. It was Grillo junior himself, through his lawyer, Enrico Grillo, who asked to be resented a third time. Two other suspects in the case of alleged sexual violence at Ciro Grillo’s home in Porto Cervo, however, gave up on being questioned once again, as they had asked the Prosecutor’s Office after the investigation was closed.
