Support decree bis, in the draft also foreseen the extension of the emergency income. In fact, for the year 2021, a further four installments of Rem relating to the monthly payments of June, July, August and September 2021 are recognized on request. Article 12 of the decree-law n. 41/2021, partially innovating the legislation that regulated the Rem in 2020, provides for the possibility of disbursing the benefit: – to families in difficult economic conditions and in possession of the required requirements (Paragraph 1). between July 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021, finished receiving the benefits provided for in articles 1 and 15 of the legislative decree March 4, 2015, n. 22, i.e. NASpI and DIS-COLL, and have a valid, ordinary or current Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEE), not exceeding 30,000 euros (Paragraph 2). In this case, the measure, paid in the fixed amount of 400 euros per month and always for the months of March, April and May 2021, is due in the absence of the right to the benefit referred to in paragraph 1 and as an alternative to it.
