France – Algeria: towards a break?

Nothing works between Paris and Algiers. After the recall of its ambassador to France, Algeria prohibits the overflight of its territory to French military planes. At the origin of the crisis: the words of Emmanuel Macron, reported by the newspaper Le Monde, during a meeting with the descendants of the protagonists of the Algerian war. The relationship between France and Algeria had already deteriorated after the limitation of the number of visas by Paris. Is reconciliation possible?
