Influencerku Zuzana Plačková and her husband René Strausz were released on Thursday, mainly due to a lack of evidence gathered by investigators.

Although three witnesses convict them of participating in drug dealing, the main witness is only a “hearing statement”.

What happened during the specialized court’s decision on Thursday is shown in a resolution of the court that obtained the SME daily under the Information Act.

In her statement, Plačková and her husband explained in particular how they got into the 15-member group, which the police accused of the production, distribution and sale of drugs.

The acquaintance with the man who connects Plačková with the accused gang began allegedly three years ago on holidays in Turkey. Plačková was given a virtually identical explanation in court by her husband Strausz.
