The judge for the preparatory proceedings of the Specialized Criminal Court in Pezinok detained on Thursday six of the ten accused in custody as part of Monday’s NAKA anti-drug action. According to her, the prosecutor’s proposal to establish the existence of grounds for collusive detention in the case of six persons was not complied with at the same time. “These were taken into pre-trial detention, especially with regard to the suspicion of a longer period of crime on their part. The court’s decision is valid against two persons released from detention. The prosecutor filed a complaint against the detention of two persons, the remaining six defendants filed a complaint against the detention, “she added. Complaints will be decided by the Supreme Court on October 7, 2021.

As part of an anti-drug action in western Slovakia, the NAKA accused 15 people of the crime of establishing, conspiring and supporting a criminal group and drug crime. She seized more than nine kilograms of meth. The prosecutor of the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office has filed a motion to prosecute ten of them, including the alleged head of the Tibor G group.

During house searches, police seized more than nine kilograms of methamphetamine, from which at least 90,000 single doses of the drug could be made. They also seized weapons, ammunition, cigarettes and more than 70,000 euros in cash. According to the prosecutor’s office, the group was to operate in the Bratislava and Trnava regions from at least 2012.
