From Monday (October 4), there will be 13 districts in Slovakia in the second level of threat, ie in burgundy. 39 districts will be red and the rest will be orange. At its meeting on Wednesday, the Government of the Slovak Republic approved the division of districts according to current risk within a covid automat.

At the level of vigilance – orange color – there will be districts of Banská Bystrica, Banská Štiavnica, Bratislava I – V, Brezno, Dunajská Streda, Galanta, Hlohovec, Komárno, Malacky, Nové Zámky, Partizánske, Pezinok, Piešťany, Prievidza, Revúca, Rimavská Sobota, Šaľa, Senec, Topoľčany, Trnava , Turčianske Teplice, Žiar nad Hronom, Zvolen.

In the first degree of threat – red districts – the districts of Bánovce nad Bebravou, Bytča, Detva, Dolný Kubín, Gelnica, Humenné, Ilava, Kežmarok, Levice, Levoča, Liptovský Mikuláš, Lučenec, Martin, Medzilaborce, Michalovce, Myjava, Nitra, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Poltár, Poprad, Považská Bystrica, Prešov, Púchov, Rožňava, Ružomberok, Sabinov, Senica, Snina, Sobrance, Spišská Nová Ves, Stropkov, Trebišov, Trenčín, Tvrdošín, Veľký Krtíš, Vranov nad Topľou, Žarnovica, Žilina, Zlaté Moravce.
