Parents of Vilassar de Mar will denounce the city council for a sexual gymkhana with their children – El Periódico

Without consent The council itself has published images of the tests, which were held on July 22, and even maintains them on its Instagram profile, with photos of girls observing drawings of sexual positions, for example, fully accessible to the public in general, to the annoyance of the families. One of them appears in the photographs without their parents giving their consent for the disclosure, which contradicts the data protection law. After the commotion caused, the Youth Councilor of the Vilassar City Council, Montse Gual, has apologized for not having explained the tests of the gymkhana to the parents, while she has explained that they will evaluate the tests. At a press conference, she stressed that it is “a mistake” not to explain the content to parents so that they can decide whether to sign their children up for the activity, and has promised to improve in this aspect and be more transparent. The councilor has reiterated that there was a “communication error”, although she has defended giving information to young people and explaining sexual and affective relationships in a plain way. The Síndic de Greuges de Catalunya, with the aim of studying the issue in depth, has reported that an ex officio action has been opened and has been addressed to the Vilassar de Mar City Council.
