There are over 3.35 million deaths worldwide due to the coronavirus. According to data from Johns Hopkins University, almost 162 million people have contracted covid-19, while there are 3,357,979 deaths from complications. The latest news speaks of 161,903,230 infections confirmed since the beginning of the pandemic. The United States is always the most affected with 32,895,292 cases (over 41,000 more than yesterday) and 585,232 deaths, 732 in the last 24 hours. India follows with 24,372,907 infections and 266,207 victims. The third most affected country in the world is Brazil with 15,519,525 positives and 432,628 who lost their lives after contracting Covid-19.
