The cattle case continues: Sick Kropil has finally come to court! In words, he got everyone – New Time

The trial of Ľubomír Kropil continues the trial in the Specialized Criminal Court (ŠTS), Banská Bystrica, in the Dobytkár case, which concerns large-scale crime in the Agricultural Paying Agency (PPA). Martin Kvietik from Nitra, a businessman from Norbert Bödöra, is a Nitra businessman in the group who is accused of continuing the crime of accepting a bribe and of a particularly serious crime of money laundering. Ľubomír Kropil, who handled the projects in the PPA and is seriously ill, did not attend the hearing before, but gave his consent to the proceedings in his absence. He arrived on Wednesday and declared that he did not use any of the options to declare guilt or innocence. He read his notes and complained about health care shortly after his arrest. He claims that he did not legalize any funds from crime, he did not accept bribes. He admits only indirect corruption or bribery. Norbert Bödör and Martin Kvietik had previously declared innocent before the Senate. Ľubomír Kropil allegedly does not know any of them. Both refused to testify in May until the interrogation of Ľubomír Kropil took place. So far, only Viktor Miklas, who admitted his guilt in the sense of the indictment, testified before the Senate in May. However, he did not want to answer the questions of the co-defendants and their lawyers. Norbert Bödör again has two lawyers on Wednesday, former Minister of the Interior Robert Kaliňák and Michal Mandzák. Another lawyer, Marek Para, is in custody.
