The National Criminal Agency (NAKA) detained fake NAKA members. According to the Police of the Slovak Republic in their profile on the social network, the police detained three persons suspected of a particularly serious crime of fraud committed in the form of complicity during a police operation by a colleague, the Colleague. The accused JUDr. PP together with the accused IZ from June to September 2020 were to gradually lure the injured Ing. V.Š. funds in the total amount of 198 thousand euros. Both were taken into custody. Another detained suspect was released from detention by a written measure of an investigator from the Police Corps (PZ). The two accused were to act as NAKA members in front of the injured party and his wife, while the accused JUDr. PP was to promise the victim, for financial retribution, the equipment to release his son from custody, in which he was taken for violent and drug crime. “They also promised to help arrange for the police to stop the alleged drug investigation of his second son, while neither of the accused is and has never been a member of the police and did not influence the equipment or the decision,” police said.
