Andruskó testifies in the case of the murder of a journalist: I know why Kočner had Kuciak removed! – New time

Marian Kočner had Ján Kuciak removed because he was afraid of criminal prosecution. Zoltán Andruskó stated this before the Senate of the Specialized Criminal Court (ŠTS) on Tuesday. Defendant Alena Zsuzsová was supposed to justify the order for the murder not only of a journalist, but also of the then prosecutor of the Office of Special Prosecutor’s Office, Maroš Žilinka. “A group of prosecutors around Dušan Kováčik made it impossible for Žilinka to work. That is why he tried to cooperate with Ján Kuciak,” Andruskó said. He claims that, according to Zsuzs, Kuciak also had information on cases from Žilina. He also described Kočner as the client of the murders of prosecutors, which did not take place. Andruskó is already legally convicted of the murder of a journalist and his fiancée. He is excluded from acting alone in preparation for the murders of prosecutors. In the case of the murder of journalist Ján Kuciak and his fiancée Martina Kušnírová, the court is again ruling on the guilt of Marian Kočner and Alena Zsuzsová. ŠTS originally acquitted them of the charges, but the Supreme Court (NS) of the Slovak Republic returned the case to the court of first instance last May. Three decisions are valid in this case. Miroslav Marček and Tomáš Szabó received 25 years in prison. Zoltán Andruskó 15 years unconditionally. Five people are facing charges – Marian Kočner, Alena Zsuzsová, Tomáš Szabó, Dušan Kracina and Darko Dragić are in charge of the murder of the current Attorney General Maroš Žilinka, the current Special Prosecutor Daniel Lipšic and the former Deputy Attorney General Petr Šufliarský.
