Ukraine, Russia expands US blacklist: Yellen is there too

Russia places 61 other American citizens on the “black list”, including the ministers of Treasury and Energy, Janet Yellen and Jennifer Granholm. The new measure, in response to those adopted against “Russian political and public figures”, underlines the Moscow Foreign Ministry, involves other members of the Biden administration – such as councilor Michael Donilon – but also managers and CEOs, including the executive director of Netflix, Wilmot Hastings, and Universal Pictures president, Peter Cramer. In recent weeks, Moscow has announced the blacklist of 963 American citizens who are denied entry, a list ranging from Joe Biden, son Hunter, Vice President Kamala Harris, to CIA chief William Burns and Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, passing by Hillary Clinton. However, Donald Trump and other Republican leaders do not appear on the list of banished from Moscow, among which there is no shortage of Hollywood stars such as Morgan Freeman, while there are Democratic congressional leaders.
