According to the Minister of Finance Igor Matovič (OĽaNO), the President of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Čaputová will send the anti-inflation package approved by the Parliament to the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic. “My information says that yes, it has long been decided that it will be submitted to the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic,” he said. He himself reiterated that a shortened legislative procedure was necessary in this case and that it registered at least six to eight cases where the president signed laws passed under the accelerated regime, even though the conditions for this were not met. He assessed that this concerned, for example, legislation from the workshop of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic, which, according to him, was submitted by “friend Kolíková”. The Minister of Finance told the head of state that he would very much like her to wear the jersey of the pro-family part of Slovakia. “I would like her to satisfy her election promise to be president of all,” he concluded.
