AMLO announces that he will not attend the Summit of the Americas

And I am not going to the Summit because not all the countries of America are invited and I believe in the need to change the policy that has been imposed for centuries. López Obrador also confirmed that on Thursday and Friday of this week he will be visiting communities in the state of Oaxaca that were affected by Hurricane Agatha.
