CURRENT: Stefan Harabin must apologize to Eseta, the court decided – Startitup

The court ruled that Stefan Harabin had to apologize to Eset. The software company filed a lawsuit against Štefan Harabin in the matter of reputation in May 2019. The court ruled that Štefan Harabin had unjustifiably infringed on the company’s rights and therefore ordered him to publicly apologize for the dissemination of false information. Harabin can still appeal against the verdict, Hospodárske noviny reports. After the ongoing attacks, according to them, the lawsuit against Harabin was extended and after three years, the District Court of Bratislava II ruled in their favor. In addition, the court ordered the former Minister of Justice and the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to pay the costs of the proceedings in full. We will update the report.
