War in the police / Detained Kaľavský can unclean Žilinka, Košča, SIS and inspection – naraz.sk

Detained Kaľavský can defile Žilinka, Košča, SIS and inspection The police in Bosnia and Herzegovina detained Ján Kaľavský, who was the head of the elite NAKA police officers. In practice, they collected information in large cases, which also became the basis for the investigation of our so-called people. In the meantime, Kaľavský got out of the way. Although not the first or the last, his story is somewhat specific. That is why his detention is encouraging news that no one in the police mafia can feel safe here. Most people of this type have been angry for a long time, but after untying the police, they had to decide. This means that they will start cooperating and exposing the whole corruption system that has been influenced by influential politicians. Or they will remain silent and wait for a change of circumstances, thanks to which they will go out of custody and in time achieve the complete impunity to which they have become accustomed during the governments of the Direction. Kaľavský belonged to the third, proactive group of storytellers. Informant Her specificity was that she did not wait for the miracle passively or rely on obscure figures from the parliamentary opposition, which systematically gave the public false theses about the political prisoners of Matovič’s government. Kaľavský was trying to change the storyline when it became clear that he was bringing information to Peter Petrov with the nickname Tiger. According to investigators, he told him in advance about all the major police raids. For example, the detention of the former head of tax criminals, Ľudovít Makó, or the actions of Purgatory or Judas. He also knew about the planned intervention against Vladimír Pčolinský, including the one who testified against him. Of course, not for free. In return were money, cars, tires, a mobile phone or new plastic windows in the cottage. Kaľavský was accused of corruption, abuse of power and obstruction of justice. Agent Ani Petrov is not an angel, he is also being prosecuted for several acts – for some time even in custody. Unlike Kaľavský, however, he cooperates in the investigation of serious economic cases with political implications. This could also be the reason why he was also prosecuted by the police inspection – for alleged suspicion of obstruction of justice and perjury. That is, from the manipulation of criminal proceedings, as claimed by Smer in agreement with We are a family. At the same time, Petrov testifies that the only one who guided him on how to testify was Kaľavský. The former chief of NAKA operatives, who, in cooperation with the inspectorate, participated in the criminalization of his colleagues around Ján Čurill. Thanks to Kaľavský, who wanted to distract himself from his own criminal activity, NAKA investigators were in custody for two weeks. As an inspection agent, Kaľavský collected compromising information on them. Overtime The Čurillers did not show up together as associate professors of law at a scientific conference. However, the wiretaps obtained by the inspection in cooperation with Kaľavský did not result in the purposeful production of false testimonies to order. Nevertheless, Žilina’s prosecutor’s office has not acquitted them of all charges to date, although the court did not see any reason for detention or prosecution. On the contrary, the General Prosecutor’s Office has already helped Kaľavský at least once. When he was first charged with crime last May, Žilinka’s people stopped his prosecution. Half a year later, he was given more deeds, but then no one found him at home. Kaľavský was on the run for several months. His detention can therefore be interrupted by several influential players at once. From a professional point of view, especially Žilina’s prosecutor’s office, which once again took the wrong side of the barricade in the struggle for justice. Hysteria Not only has it “cleansed” the aforementioned Kaľavský in the past, who later disappeared abroad. The rational explanation is also lacking in the pronounced overtime in the prosecution of the Čurillovs, based on the testimonies of people like Kaľavský. Another in line who should question his conscience after his detention in Bosnia and Herzegovina is a police inspection. Instead of honestly examining the quarrels in her own ranks, she was obviously stumbling uncomfortable. The third in the crowd is, without the slightest doubt, the secret service. It is the SIS report on the alleged manipulation of witness statements that the penitents were literally unleashed by hysteria, on which Robert Fico and Boris Kollár also made a living. Kaľavský’s detention probably did not please Petr Košč either – an influential behind-the-scenes player who had a comparable strength in security and political circles during the rule of Smer as Norbert Bödör. Bos Košč, who is also on the run, is being prosecuted for giving a bribe of 50,000 euros to former special prosecutor Dušan Kováčik. As a reward, he had to “clean up” two investigative files, one directly related to Košča. Kaľavský was allegedly his liaison and informant. Petrov claims that Kaľavský asked him, among other things, not to testify against “his close friend and boss Petrov Košč, who was afraid of prosecuting his person”. Kaľavský now has a choice of two options – he will start cooperating and uncover the system, which was covered by influential politicians. Or he will remain silent so as not to jeopardize the interests of the prosecutor’s office, SIS, inspection and barefoot Košča. And to wait for a change of circumstances to get out of custody – and in time he achieved complete impunity, which was once guaranteed by the Smer governments. Again, he may be an active mover of the story, but this time he no longer has fate in his own hands.
