BRATISLAVA. Fulham footballers secured promotion to the English Premier League on Tuesday. After a 3-0 victory over Preston, they have 86 points in the Championship and it is clear that they will occupy one of the first two promotion positions. They are ahead of the second Bournemouth by nine points and the third Huddersfield, who has only three matches to go, is losing thirteen points to the leader of the competition. The Slovak goalkeeper Marek Rodák also has a great deal of credit for the re-promotion of the “cottagers” among the English elite. For him, the match with Preston was 30th in this league season, while for the 13th time he kept a clean sheet. Among the goalkeepers who caught at least 20 matches, the Slovak national team has the fourth highest success rate with a net account (43.33%).
