A woman was killed and three people injured Thursday in an attack by armed men on a convoy of Doctors Without Borders. This was transporting wounded in the north of the Central African Republic, the NGO announced on Saturday, June 26 in a statement.

“Two motorcycle riders hired by MSF were ambushed by armed men in the Central African Republic while transporting the wounded to Batangafo”, a town 380 km north of the capital Bangui, MSF wrote in a statement. specifying that a woman had been killed in this attack, and three other people injured, including a child.

The convoy was “clearly identified”, said the NGO.
