Mass events are banned from Thursday. This follows from the decree of the Public Health Office (ÚVZ) SR. Exceptions to the ban on organizing are mass events in the mode of vaccination and overcoming up to ten people. According to the ÚVZ, they can only take place in connection with the performance of work. The organizer must provide notification that a mass event is being organized.
Services can only take place as an individual pastoral activity. Wedding ceremonies and baptisms can take place with a maximum of six people. This number does not include persons on the organizer’s side.
Funerals are without capacity restrictions. Anti-epidemic measures should be observed. Used items will have to be disinfected at weddings, baptisms, funerals, services. It is forbidden for more than one person to drink from one container. In case of contact of the dealer with the believer’s mouth, the dealer must always disinfect his hands, when receiving ‘under both’ a new spoon should always be used for each recipient.
Both elections and professional sports competitions are allowed. These should be without the participation of spectators. Testing of players and members of the organizational team is also mandatory. The activity of the quarantine training center for elite sports is permitted only with the consent of the Ministries of Health and Education.
