Since the disappearance of the young 33-year-old nurse on the night of December 15 to 16, several beatings have been organized by her relatives, in parallel with the official searches carried out by the gendarmes. The first excavations had taken place on December 23. Each time, in vain.

The home was also thoroughly searched. Last January, scientific experts from IRCGN, the Institute for Criminal Research of the National Gendarmerie, specializing in the search for clues in criminal cases, also used ground penetrating radar, a tool which makes it possible to probe the ground in depth, but also the walls.

Her husband indicted

Delphine Jubillar’s husband, Cédric, has been indicted in this case since June 18 for “murder on a spouse”. The Toulouse prosecutor, Dominique, Alzeari, said at the time that the criminal trail was now favored by investigators as the couple was about to separate. A separation that was badly lived by the husband who, according to several witnesses, had uttered death threats against his wife before her disappearance.

Cédric Jubillar has always claimed his innocence. Heard in October by the examining magistrate, he always maintained that he had gone to bed on the evening of his wife’s disappearance, when the latter had watched television with their son. In the middle of the night, alerted by the tears of their little girl, he woke up to find that Delphine had disappeared. His two requests for release were each time rejected by the courts.
