Based on the COVID vending machine, Slovakia will turn significantly burgundy-black from Monday. In the current epidemiological situation, 24 districts are in the third degree of threat, ie black, in the burgundy phase, which corresponds to the second degree of threat, there are 39 districts, eight districts are in the first degree of threat (red), as well as eight are orange districts (degree of vigilance) .

In all districts, stricter conditions apply, for example, for mass events, restaurants, fitness centers or wellness, as well as weddings and kari. They are the strictest in the black districts. Weddings, celebrations or parties and events in public catering establishments are prohibited.

? In the degree of vigilance – orange color – are the districts: Bratislava I – V, Galanta, Komárno and Šaľa.
? In the first degree of threat – red districts – from Monday are the districts: Dunajská Streda, Ilava, Levice, Nové Zámky, Prievidza, Senica, Trnava and Žarnovica.

In the second degree of threat, which corresponds to the color of the burgundy, the districts are: Bánovce nad Bebravou, Banská Bystrica, Banská Štiavnica, Brezno, Bytča, Detva, Dolný Kubín, Gelnica, Hlohovec, Kežmarok, Košice I – IV, Košice-okolie, Krupina, Liptovský Mikuláš, Malacky, Myjava, Nitra, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Partizánske, Pezinok, Piešťany, Považská Bystrica, Prešov, Púchov, Revúca, Rožňava, Senec, Skalica, Trebišov, Trenčín, Turčianske Teplice, Veľký Krtíš, Žiar nad Hronom, Žilina, Zlaté Moravce, Zvolen.

Completely vaccinated can be eaten indoors and in the burgundy phase, non-vaccinated can be eaten either outdoors, or they can take food with them or order it. In the black phase, the restaurants are completely closed and can only sell through the window.

Covid automat also counts on restricting the movement of people in the districts at a worse stage. From the red phase (3rd phase) the operations will have to be closed as early as 21.00, but no restriction on movement is expected. In phase 4, there will be a travel ban except for the necessary trips and a curfew between 21.00 and 5.00. In the worst, black phase, travel between districts will also be banned.

The fourth and fifth phases of the covid of the vending machine will currently also require the introduction of an emergency situation, which is rejected by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Health. No going out.

Dangerous celebrations

Experts consider weddings, cardas and other types of parties to be high-risk. The reason is that in addition to entertainment, food is served at these types of events, so it is not possible to ensure that all guests wear a veil at all times. The Yellow Districts can count on celebrations for up to 100 people indoors, if everyone is vaccinated.

A maximum of 50 people can meet the test in the interior of the yellow districts. In the red districts, the maximum number of guests is even lower, and in the burgundy phase, only vaccinated groups of a maximum of 20 people can meet.

Where do I need a respirator?

In orange, it is mandatory to cover the upper airways with a respirator, drape, scarf or scarf in interiors, including public transport and taxis. It is also mandatory at mass events, even outdoors.

In the red, burgundy and black districts, Slovaks must already have their upper airways covered with a respirator covered in the interior.

Only vaccinees or people who have passed a coronavirus can enter hospitals, or entry is possible with a negative coronavirus test. For hospital visits, antigen is valid for 24 hours, PCR and LAMP for 72 hours. Overcoming the covid is expected 180 days after the disease.

After the new, veils are no longer compulsory for primary school (elementary school) pupils, special primary school pupils and pupils in the first four years of secondary schools with an eight-year educational program. The exception only applies in the classroom during classes.
