The Sports Arbitration Tribunal (TAS) in Lausanne dismissed Alex Schwazer’s appeal on the case that led to his doping disqualification, the new arbitration, which saw him opposed to the World Athletics Federation, World Athletics, and the World Anti-Doping Agency , Wada. Schwazer made a request for ‘provisional measures’ after the order of the Gip of Bolzano which cleared him of doping charges, pointing out alleged improprieties of the Federation and Wada.
