Ruby ter, for Berlusconi “severe health conditions”

Ruby ter trial, the medical opinions on Silvio Berlusconi “confirm the persistence of severe health conditions” and “the prognosis is of a reasonably not short duration of the reasons that determine his inability to participate in the trial”. This was stated by Federico Cecconi, lawyer of the former premier and founder of Forza Italia, accused in the Milanese trial of Ruby ter. Cecconi reiterated his request for a legitimate impediment to Berlusconi, also in light of the acceptance by the Rome court of the excerpt of his potion in the Roman Ruby ter trial.
