Covid Italia, the bulletin of 20 August

There are 7,224 new infections from Covid registered in Italy, according to the bulletin of the Ministry of Health released today, 20 August. Since yesterday, another 49 deaths have been recorded (yesterday 55). In the last 24 hours, 220,656 swabs were performed, with a positivity rate dropping to 3.3% (yesterday 3.5%). There is an increase in people hospitalized with symptoms that are 3,692 (+65), while 455 are hospitalized in intensive care (-5 compared to yesterday),
