Aspi obtains ‘dyslexia friendly’ certification

Thanks to the attention it has dedicated for years to the topic of inclusion, this morning Autostrade per l’Italia received the Dyslexia Friendly Company certification from the Italian Dyslexia Association, thus joining the group of companies engaged in training and awareness courses dedicated to people with neurodevelopmental disorders and in the initiation of good practices for the recruitment and selection processes that thus become “dyslexia friendly”. The recognition comes at the end of the DSA Progress for Work project, developed in collaboration with the Italian Dyslexia Association as part of the FareDI + corporate inclusion program to increase awareness also on Specific Learning Disorders such as Dyslexia and remove any barrier and obstacle, ensuring Candidates with SLD the opportunity to express their potential through a personalized assessment.Specific learning disorders (SLD) are neurodevelopmental disorders that affect the ability to read, write and calculate correctly and fluently, manifest themselves with the beginning of schooling and are classified according to the specific difficulty they entail.
