Mareamico: “Important Carabinieri kidnapping in Punta Bianca”

The Carabinieri, on the orders of the Public Prosecutor of Agrigento, have seized a large area of ​​Punta Bianca, within which there is an illegal property, in the territory of Palma di Montechiaro (Agrigento). The building built a few years ago a few centimeters from the sea, as well as being abusive, risks collapsing into the beach below. “Mareamico had reported this serious situation in November 2020. Now, in the imminence of the establishment of the Punta Bianca nature reserve, the Prosecutor of Agrigento has seized everything”, reads a note. “The hope is that, following this important measure, we will proceed immediately to demolish this dangerous ugliness and to restore these places which fall within the perimeter of the established natural reserve of Punta Bianca”, concludes the note.
