Easter, ten thousand people at the Via Crucis with the Pope at the Colosseum

After two years of severe limitations due to the pandemic, ten thousand people are present at the Via Crucis at the Colosseum with Pope Francis. He lets the Rome Police Headquarters know, as the Vatican Press Office does. This year’s Via Crucis route includes 5 stations inside the Colosseum and 9 outside. The cross will be carried through the stations by eleven families, a young married couple, an elderly married couple and a grandparent couple.
