Discovery of online betting platform, 33 arrests

A real holding dedicated to illicit online gaming that managed a platform used by millions of players, and which also made use of the links with the top of the Casalesi clan, with revenues estimated at over 5 billion euros in 2 years. This is what was discovered thanks to the investigations coordinated by the Salerno Public Prosecutor’s Office and carried out by the Carabinieri of the investigative nucleus of the Salerno provincial command, culminating today in the execution of a precautionary custody order in prison against 33 people.
