Green pass Italy, there is the green light. Prime Minister Mario Draghi has signed the new Dpcm which defines the procedures for issuing the green covid-19 certification. But who issues it and how does the green pass work? When is it and what is it for? And what are the rules for children? These and other questions are answered directly by the Ministry of Health, the body that issues this certification in Italy through the National Platform, on the basis of the data transmitted by the Regions and Autonomous Provinces.
