There are 1,584 new infections from Coronavirus in Lombardy according to today’s bulletin, May 8. The table refers to another 43 deaths. Since the beginning of the pandemic there have been 33,149 victims in the Region. The number of people admitted to intensive care is essentially stable, 490, one less than yesterday. The total number of hospitalized patients is 3,340. The swabs analyzed were 52,497, the positivity rate was 3.01%. In detail the cases registered in the various provinces. In Milan 424, Brescia and Varese 169 cases each, Monza and Brianza 164, Como 115, Bergamo 157, Pavia 90, Mantua 85, Cremona 49, Lecco 44, Lodi 56 and Sondrio 29.
