Fedez, the neighbor withdraws the complaint for injuries: crime extinguished

Lawsuit withdrawn and end of the trial. Thus ended the proceedings for injuries against Federico Leonardo Lucia, aka Fedez, before the Milan justice of the peace after a dispute with a neighbor. The episode dates back to March 2016. The rapper, husband of the influencer Chiara Ferragni, had been sued by the neighbor, who had reported being attacked after having protested because of the too loud music, reporting a slight head injury. The judge decided not to proceed with the extinction of the crime. The costs of the proceedings are borne by the plaintiff. In November 2019, in front of judge Tommaso Cataldi, the singer Fabio Rovazzi, present at the time of the dispute, had testified, claiming that it was the neighbor who hit Fedez with a punch. The singer had in turn reported the neighbor.
