Bugo takes Morgan to court, wants maxi-compensation of 240 thousand euros

Still legal troubles for Marco Castoldi, aka Morgan. According to Adnkronos, the former Bluvertigo frontman was sued yesterday in Milan by Bugo and the authors of the song ‘Sincero’ for what happened at the Sanremo Festival last year with the modification of the song’s text and the disqualification from the competition. There are two complaints against Morgan: the first is the modification of the text of the song presented at the singing festival with consequent disqualification and the second is the fact that the singer then shared the ‘anti-Bugo’ song on social networks. Morgan asked through his lawyers to be able to present a defense brief and thus to give his version of the facts.
