Bper Banca, Travella new chairman of the board of statutory auditors

The ordinary shareholders’ meeting of Bper Banca, met today in a single call in Modena, integrated the board of statutory auditors for the remainder of the three-year period 2021-2023 by appointing the chairman, another standing auditor and an alternate auditor. At the end of the voting, Daniela Travella, to replace the resigning Nicola Bruni, Patrizia Tettamanzi and Sonia Peron, to replace Tettamanzi, respectively, were respectively appointed for the positions. The shareholders’ meeting also integrated the board of directors for the remainder of the three-year period 2021-2023, with the appointment of Elisa Valeriani, a member of the Modena Foundation, as director, replacing the independent Alessandra Ruzzu no longer in office.
