Green Network, new administrative body after judicial authority measures

“The Assembly of Green Network SpA, on 9 June 2021, following the measures adopted by the Judicial Authority, appointed a new administrative body. The activities of the company and its employees, therefore, proceed with regularity”. This was announced by the electricity supplier company that recently ended up in the sights of the Rome prosecutor’s office which requested and obtained from the investigating judge three interdictory measures of the top management and seizure of the shares.
