Maneuver 2022, here is the draft: from tax cuts to pensions and the Rdc

A 2022 maneuver in 185 articles: this is how the budget law that the Council of Ministers is preparing to pass is structured. Measures that, among others, range from the fund for the reduction of the tax burden to those relating to pensions, social safety nets and citizenship income, to interventions on building bonuses. FISCAL PRESSURE – In order to reduce the tax burden on production factors, with specific regulatory measures, the use of an amount of resources equal to 8,000 million euros per year, starting from 2022, is intended to reduce: the tax on personal income physical with the aim of reducing the tax wedge on labor and the effective marginal rates, to be achieved through both the reduction of one or more rates and an organic review of the system of deductions for employee income and supplementary treatment; of the regional tax rate on productive activities. This is what the draft budget law provides that Adnkronos has been able to view. GASPARRINI FUND – The one-year extension of the extraordinary operations of the Solidarity Fund for mortgages for the purchase of the first home arrives, the so-called Gasparrini Fund. This is what can be read in the draft budget law, which specifies how the deadline at 31 December 2021 is replaced by 31 December 2022. EARLY PENSION SMEs IN CRISIS – A fund arrives for the early retirement, on a conventional basis, of workers employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in crisis, who have reached an age of at least 62 years. This is foreseen by the draft budget bill which establishes a total budget of 600 million for the fund in three years: 200 million euros for 2022, 200 million euros for 2023 and 200 million euros for 2024. The fund will be made operational with a decree of the Mise, in agreement with the Minister of the Economy and the Minister of Labor, to be adopted within 60 days from the date of entry into force of this law, which will also define the criteria, methods and procedures for disbursement of resources.
