According to Denník N, the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office has set up a recording in the file Očistec, on which family members of persons prosecuted with Fico and Kaliňák are discussed.

According to Denníka N the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office has wiretaps at its disposal, which have recorded interviews with Robert Fico, Robert Kaliňák, lawyer Marek Par, son Tibor Gašpar and Miroslav Bödör. They met at the cottage for several days.

According to the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, the video-audio recordings (and their verbatim transcripts) confirm “the efforts of several persons from the political, business and advocacy backgrounds to influence the prosecution of the most serious criminal cases”.
