Records according to the prosecutor’s office confirm the efforts to influence the most serious cases.

BRATISLAVA. Head of Direction Robert Fico he has been repeating for months on the press that corruption cases concerning his nominees have been fabricated, but at the same time he goes to suspicious encounters with people around these cases.

They were documented by the prosecutor’s office, according to which there is an effort to manipulate investigations and various criminal proceedings at these meetings.

The special prosecutor’s office is trying to use video-audio recordings for the first time these days. The supervisory prosecutor added them to his proposal to extend the detention of the accused in the Očistec case. The chief of police, Tibor Gašpar, and the group around him have approved the prosecution only until 5 November.

New evidence is the specific spatial listening, where cameras recorded interviews with former Prime Minister Robert Fico and Robert Kaliňák from Smer, but also attorney Marek Par, Miroslav Bödör and son Tibor Gašpar, informed Denník N.

The son of former police president Pavol Gašpar is an advocate of Norbert Bödör, who is in turn the son of Miroslav Bödör.

The group’s interviews were allegedly not only informal discussions, but also concerned current cases, preparations for press conferences and criminal proceedings in which Gašpar, Bödör and the former special prosecutor are being prosecuted. Dušan Kováčik and others.

Bödör himself and several former high-ranking police officials, including Gašpar, are accused of forming an organized group that manipulated the investigation of various cases and collected compromising material on Smer’s political opponents.

Police have been monitoring the chat for several days and, according to the web portal, have hourly video-audio materials and hundreds of transcripts of interviews.

The news also published two videos, from which it is clear that they took place on different days. The first is Fico, Bödör and Gašpar Jr. The second one captures the group where Kaliňák sits instead of Fica and Bödör, Para and Gašpar Jr. are also present.

Kaliňák describes in the video that the police have so far caught only the lower level of the organized group.

“Somehow now they’re trying to get how the money worked for us. I can’t imagine that well. But when I see what Noro (Bödör) has in Cattle, I’m afraid it’s possible,” says Kaliňák. However, he adds that there is no such type of business transaction.

The existence of video-audio recordings has already been confirmed by a special prosecutor’s office.

“On October 22, the ÚŠP prosecutor supplemented his proposal to extend the detention of the accused in the Očistec case with video-audio recordings obtained in accordance with section 114 of the Criminal Procedure Code on the order of a judge for preparatory proceedings of the district court in another criminal case not monitored by ÚŠP,” said the prosecutor Jana Tökölyová.

She added that video-audio recordings (and their literal transcripts) confirm the efforts of several people from the environment of politics, business and advocacy to influence the prosecution of the most serious criminal cases.

“At the same time, discredit and criminalize investigators NAKA and prosecutors of the SAI, as well as leaks of information from some law enforcement authorities to unauthorized persons, “she added.

The mentioned fact that the recordings were created on the basis of a court order is especially important for the question of their use in further criminal proceedings. It was the legality of the recordings that was paid for by the investigation of a similar case of the Gorilla.

Party vice-president Erik Kaliňák says that he did not know about any recordings yet. “If I look at it, then we will probably comment on it. Now I don’t know what to say more about it,” said the younger of the Kaliňák family.

Fico spoke on the social network in the evening and claims in the video that he met with advocates of innocent people. “No one will learn anything more from this absurd interception than they hear from me at press conferences,” he said in a statement.

“What kind of evidence crisis must the special prosecutor of Lipšice and his henchmen at the Special Prosecutor’s Office have if they had the opposition party leader watched and intercepted at his meetings with the defenders of the people I consider innocent,” he added.

According to Fico, Lipsic could do nothing else to confirm that he was in the hands of justice.

The Bödörov family has been considered close to Smer for many years. Under the Fico party, their family SBS service Bonul was particularly successful. It is known that Fico also spoke at a private party for the employees of this service.

In the past, the head of Smer even admitted that the prosecuted Bödör also visited the party’s headquarters in Bratislava. The statement of the former Secretary of State pushed him to do so Monika Jankovská.

“I do not rule out that Mr Bödör was here on Smere, because, for example, we worked with this large private security company (Bonul, ed. Note) when it came to providing organizational services for the big events we did,” Fico said last November. .

In addition to the aforementioned Gašpar, the executive of the National Criminal Agency, Peter Hraško, and the former head of the NAKA anti-corruption unit, Róbert Krajmer, are also in custody in the Očistec case.

The case involved charges for the crime of establishing, conspiring and supporting a criminal group, abuse of power by a public official and the crime of corruption. They are in custody so that they cannot influence witnesses at large and continue to commit crime.

Gašpar has been in custody for almost a year – since the beginning of November last year, Bödör even longer, since July last year. The Cattleman originally got behind the bars for the cause.

These were suspicions of money laundering; according to the prosecutor’s office, he took bribes from agricultural subsidies. It was only later that the oligarchs were accused of forming an organized group with Gaspar and others, which led the police from behind.

Kaliňák has been defending Gašpar in recent days. He claimed that the former police president, who was its nominee, was innocent.
