Green Pass, EU: States can recognize Sputnik vaccine

The “recognition” of vaccination with Sputnik, the Russian vaccine in rolling review at the EMA since March, for the purpose of obtaining the Green Pass “can be decided at national level. Basically it is a national decision”, although of course any provision assumed in this regard must be “without discrimination” towards people from other EU states.
