Sarkozy (here November 23, 2020) did not want to testify at the polls trial, justice summons him by force

POLITICS – The police will pick him up from his home, if necessary. The Paris court issued, this Tuesday, October 19, a warrant against Nicolas sarkozy in the context of the so-called “Elysee polls.

Concretely, the former head of state, who did not want to testify at the hearing, will be taken, by the police, to court on November 2. The judges did find that presidential immunity, which Nicolas Sarkozy has benefited from since the opening of the case, in no way prevents his hearing as a witness.

More information to come ….
