According to the current regulation of the COVID vending machine, the strictest rules apply here – from window sales to closed fitness and wellness centers.

He pointed out that, on the one hand, services or other mass events are allowed in the black districts, movement is not restricted and many unvaccinated people traveling in crowded buses and trains do not even put a veil or respirator on their faces.

In other words – according to Kulkovsky, entry to fitness centers for vaccinated people in black districts should be allowed. He argues that there is a very small probability that a sports-based vaccinated Slovak will become infected with a coronavirus from another vaccinated person.

He pointed out that there were soon souls and the associated migration of the nation to the graves of their loved ones. And those who do not have a car or cannot get to their homeland other than by train and bus will have to use crowded public transport, where they will push body to body. “Even in the black districts, as a state of emergency restricting movement is unlikely to return. And on the other hand, we won’t let a few vaccinated people into the fitness center… The same is true for opening a restaurant for the vaccinated, ” concluded Kulkovský.

What measures apply in black districts?

The black color is the strictest in the COVID vending machine. Not only the unvaccinated but also the vaccinated are restricted. A respirator is mandatory in the interior, and a drape must be worn in the exterior. There are several exceptions. As for mass events, they are only allowed for fully vaccinated, but for a maximum of 100 people. Among other things, the organizers will have to have a list of participants. Services will also be allowed – in the OTP mode, ie for vaccinated, outdated and tested it is 1 person per 15 square meters, in the case of the base it is 25 square meters per person and a mandatory list of participants.

But it will be worse with weddings, caravans, celebrations or parties. As this is a high-risk activity, they are completely banned in the black phase. It is different in the case of ceremonies such as marriage, baptism, funeral, etc., which will be governed by mass events in the case of completely vaccinated, as far as OTP regimes and the base are concerned, a maximum of 6 people will be able to participate, except for funerals.

In case swimming pools and swimming pools they can be opened only for fully vaccinated, for a maximum of 10 people, with organized groups being governed by a sports machine. Strict rules must also be followed by restaurants, which will not be able to let anyone into the interior in the black districts. In all three regimes, only window sales are allowed and delivery is maintained.
