Not only fans of the legendary Karel Gott († 80) are looking forward to watching a film about him. Admirers of the other two stars, who are no longer with us, may also be happy. In the neighboring Czech Republic, they are shooting a miniseries about the singer Iveta Bartošová († 48) and her first great love, Peter Sepéš († 25).

While the film about Karl Gott is a documentary in the creation of which the maestro himself participated very intensively, Iveta Bartošová († 48) and her first great love Petr Sepéši († 25) will come to life again in a feature miniseries, where former singing stars are played by contemporary young actors.

The miniseries will map Iveta Bartošová’s childhood and especially the beginnings of her career, ie it will include her twin sister Ivana, as well as her parents. And of course, her first love, Peter Sepéši. Both had a promising career, and both ended equally tragically, under the wheels of the train, though each for a different reason. While Petr died in an unfortunate accident during a tragic car accident at a railway crossing, Iveta decided to end her life on her own.

The singer Iveta Bartošová in the film is played by a young talented Czech actress Anna Fialová (26), who played, for example, in the film Lída Baarová, where she played the sister of Lída Baarová performed by Tána Pauhofová. The actress, who also sings well, comes from an acting family, her grandfather was the legendary Czech actor Karel Fiala († 95), who became famous as Lemonade Joe. Petr Sepéši will be played by Vojtěch Vodochodský and Iveta’s twin sister Ivana by actress Eliška Křenková.
