NAKA investigator Pavel Ďurka was again accused – Home – PRAVDA.sk

The investigator of the National Criminal Agency (NAKA), Pavel Ďurka, was accused of neglecting the role of a public official for neglecting the crime.

The accusation was made by the Office of the Inspection Service. TASR was confirmed by his lawyer Peter Kubina, who filed a complaint against the accusation. Denník N was the first to draw attention to the accusation.

Ďurka was among four NAKA investigators detained in September. On October 1, the Regional Court in Bratislava released them from custody and stated that their criminal prosecution was unjustified.
