Representatives of Smer also dressed hard for President Zuzana Čaputová. Ľuboš Blaha, who greeted the crowd “Comrades, honor of work”, later said: “Without the murder of a journalist, Čaputová is not sitting in the palace. ” According to Fico, the president again “She must end her position as a spokeswoman for the governing coalition.” He called on her to oppose the proposals coming to the Presidential Palace from parliament, not to send two referendum questions to the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, which she wants to submit to her in the coming days, and to immediately start the referendum process.

The former three-time prime minister also dressed as Minister of the Interior: “Eared Mikulec laughs in our face from the TV and we all know that he took a hundred thousand bribe.”

He also said that the government should present to citizens a plan on how to combat energy price increases. Politicians from Smer called on the Slovak government to stop bullying unvaccinated people, to organize vaccinations on a voluntary basis and to work to eliminate the consequences of a pandemic.

After the performances of the deputies of Smer, everyone sang the song Na Kráľovej holi together with the choir of folklorists on the stage, despite the ban on hygienists and current anti-pandemic measures. Even earlier, the anthem was sung and among the speeches of politicians, the poem Sam Chalupku Mor ho was recited! Politicians of the Direction have repeatedly spoken of the destruction of the welfare and the rule of law and of the need for early elections, with the crowd roaring at any moment. At the same time, Fico did not forget to thank the mayor Jozef Šimek for his cooperation in organizing the protest.

Andrej Danko, for example, came to support Smer’s anti-government protest. When asked by Refresher whether he was vaccinated, he later answered: “My parents are, I’m not.” Near the amphitheater there was also a stand of the ĽSNS party, which told Refresher that it did not support the event. Symbolically, on the occasion of the International Day of Poverty, they cooked tomato soup in a tent.

Members of the government coalition have already managed to comment on the protest. For example, Deputy Prime Minister and leader For People Veronika Remišová, Chairman of the Committee of the National Council (NR) of the Slovak Republic for Defense and Security Juraj Krúpa and MP Andrej Stančík (both OĽaNO). He called Fico a “doctor’s death” because “Merrily defeats Rimavská Sobota”.

Remišová claims that former Prime Ministers Fico and Peter Pellegrini are doing everything they can to make the third wave of the pandemic go bad.

“Nowhere in the world do two former prime ministers harm their own country like Fico and Pellegrini. They know nothing to do constructively, just to cause confusion, hatred and division. Let us not allow the return of politicians who are not interested in Slovakia, but only in themselves, “ she added. Pellegrini said before the protest in the program of the daily Pravda: “I think civil society should protest.”

He also admitted that many members of the Hlas party and its supporters will go to protest Smer. However, he closed the topic with the words: “Without a constitutional change and a referendum, these are just some local protests in which one political party strengthens its ego a little and wants to gain one or two percent, because people like those who are shouting.”
