Tereza, in her thirties, is a former prima ballerina whose career was complicated by an injury. With her husband and daughter, she moved to the countryside, where she reconstructs an inherited mill and runs a movement education group. Tired local women teach long-forgotten movements and their daughters teach the basics of ballet.

However, the main character’s contagious optimism receives one blow after another – the marriage finds itself in crisis, a fire starts in the mill and there is even a risk that the movement ring will be canceled. The heroine will have to come up with a perfect plan to survive the pitfalls of fate in good health …
