Another world fashion brand is coming to Slovakia. The store will open before Christmas – HNonline.sk

Almost a year has passed since the announcement of the plan, and at the time of the pre-Christmas purchases, the Gap brand is coming to us. He wants to use them for launch. “The first Gap operation in Slovakia in Eurovea will open on October 29,” Oľga Hammer told HN PR and marketing manager of the shopping center.

The brand thus continues in Slovakia in the footsteps of the Czech Republic, where it opened its first stores last December. So far, there are a total of five of them, including a children’s shop. Aupark from Piešťany was also possible in our country, but the marketing specialist of the center, Martina Hrčková, did not confirm the opening of the Gap store.

It deviates from the trend
While in Central and Eastern Europe they are opening, in the West, on the contrary, they are closing. According to the statista.com portal, the American company Gap reduced the number of operations in Europe only by more than 14 percent to 117 last year.
