PRAGUE. Up to 1781 individuals infected coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 was added on Friday in the Czech Republic, which is the highest since May 5, writes the news server Novinky.cz.

According to the same information source, the number of registered positive tests is thus 764 higher than on Thursday and 764 higher than on Friday a week ago. And also the most since May 5, when 1873 were newly infected.

At the same time, the so-called reproductive number R, which indicates how many people become infected with one positive test, to 1.45 from the previous value of 1.33.

According to data on the website of the Czech Ministry of Health, as mediated by another news server, iDNES.cz, the seven-day incidence per 100,000 inhabitants in the country has also increased. It currently represents 81 cases, the day before it was less than 74.

The fourteen-day incidence is 135 cases, nine more than on Thursday, according to the Ministry of Health.
